Why a flat fee
A published rate lets an attorney or executor know the rate before work begins and account for it in the estate. It also keeps our findings independent of the value of the estate.
How a case is counted
The fee is calculated for each person we locate and verify, whether that person is an identified beneficiary or a relative whose status had to be confirmed. Anyone we cannot locate is not charged.
When you are billed
After verification. Firms on monthly billing see completed matters on their next invoice. Individuals receive a payment link once our team has verified the people in their case, and the report is released when payment clears.
